Network Cabling Technician I

NCT is currently seeking individuals that posses structured cabling, information transport system (ITS) installation and troubleshooting skills.

General Requirements

Minimum of 1 years experience in the structured cabling industry
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Ideal candidate should retain a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and customer service

Experience and Skills

Able follow direction from crew leader or foreman
Experienced in the installation, termination, labeling and testing of horizontal category 5e and category 6 cabling
Willing to learn and develop new industry skills and standards

Other Skills (not required but a plus):

Experienced in the installation of multi-pair, fiber optic and coaxial backbone cabling, cable tray, j hook support systems and telecommunications room hardware.
